A fantastic antique 18ct Gold talon holding what must surely be a wonderful Natural Pearl. With exquisitely fine detailing to the hand engraved scaled claws and feathery leg, this piece is a superior jewel of its kind. Circa 1850's we feel this could be a French piece. The addition of a 9ct Gold pin to fashion it into a stick pin is a later conversion. Measures 7cm lengthwise.
